PAUL's association with Dell started in 2018 with Designathon 2.0 which was the second edition of the biggest design challenge of India powered by Dell Precision. Dell Designathon is a one-of-a-kind design challenge intended to bring creativity and technology together to inspire the designs of future. It was a 24 hour long design challenge for young designers to showcase their prowess on state-of-the-art design machines by Dell, and design their vision for the world. Dell Designathon 2.0 offered a platform where the participants had the chance to not just compete among the best designers of the nation, but also go through knowledge imparting workshops & mentorship programs conducted by the experts from the Indian design industry. Paul Sandip was invited as a speaker on Design Thinking and mentor for Dell Designathon 2.0
DESIGN HERO
The association went onto a next level when Paul Sandip was engaged for featuring in the Design Hero Video to motivate the Dell Designathon 2.0 participants by showcasing success stories of his innovative ideas that have become a reality. A short motivational video was made on Paul Design Thinking process which have resulted into creation of best selling products.
The Creative Journey is a video that explores the journey of a design from an idea to its manifestation. Watch to see India’s top designer Paul Sandip talk about the journey of his designs from idea to product. This video was streamed during the event day of Designathon 2.0 for the participants where Paul Sandip was invited as a Jury.

DELL Thinking Forum
Dell has always been at the forefront of creating innovative solutions that leverage the best of Technology and Design Thinking. The virtual event was as engaging as an onsite event and it was kickstarted with a powerful opening AV. The opening act was followed by design hero video which showcased creative journeys of few eminent designers and their globally acclaimed work. Paul Sandip, Product Designer, Innovation Consultant, was engaged to host the Dell Design Circle – The Thinking Forum, where he spoke about unique Design Thinking ideas and how it is a unique method for innovation in today’s era. Key take-away for the participants were:

During the course of the event, Srihari Palangala, Senior Director and Head of Marketing , Dell EMC, shared his valuable insights on how the right technology and creativity is blurring the lines between tomorrow and today
Designathon 3.0 | Mentor
The third edition of the Dell Designathon with the theme 'Smarter by Design' was held in 2019 strengthening Paul's association with Dell.
The on-site finale was conducted in 4 cities i.e., Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Bangalore.
Let's Make Genius Real | Keynote Speaker + Moderator
Dell Technologies engaged Paul Sandip as a Keynote speaker for 2 live sessions at their virtual event "Lets Make Genius Real" in 2021.
Both the sessions revolved around Emerging Technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, AR/VR, Extended Reality, Additive Manufacturing, IoT and the biggest trends for 2021 and beyond.
Paul Sandip was also engaged by Dell Technologies to moderate a panel discussion on Emerging Technologies offered by Dell & Microsoft.
